hey guys i u read the hindi news paper then u find this word "budhijeevi"
It address to a group of people those have Budhee(Power to Think or Mind)...........
so it means that rest of people do not have mind..........they are fool......
please discuss..

yes buddijeevi means , budhi mean intelligent or brain working(thinking ) peoples , in politics we usually call budhijeevi to left political workers(communist party)
