Wonderful Writer and Teacher! God bless you FrankIe
Lovely man. Wonderful sense of humor. Gifted writer.

I LOVE this man, his work and all he represented. I was lucky enough to hear him speak a year ago Thanksgiving and he was everything I hoped for- witty and charming- a truly unique storyteller. His message? Don't wait, live your life, experience it, don't let it pass you by :) Frank I'm starting right this minute!

R.I.P Frankie.
And, to the end, there was that wonderful Irish self-deprecating humor..

"I don't want funeral services or memorials. Let them scatter my ashes over the Shannon and pollute the river."

I was stunned by the news. May he rest in peace. The world is a richer place because of his work.

One of my favorite authors of all time. I am sad that there will be no more books! My thoughts go out to his family and fans! What a shame.

I loved Angela's ashes and have been putting off reading Tis. His work is so engaging and full of wit. Surely he faced his final struggle with the courage and humor he chose to share with us. RIP....

SLAN Frank!
I was so saddened to hear of Franks Passing. He was trully an inspirational writer. His Books put me in a time and place that made me understand what my family had endured as a strict Irish Catholic Family. Frank made me very proud to say I am Irish.
RIP Frank.
" May you be in Heaven a half hour before the Devil knows your Dead"

So sorry to hear of his passing. "Angela's Ashes" gave me nighmares, I couldn't put it down, and made my children be thankful for the food they ate. Thank you for such a memorable book.
