Black hole may act as pathway

Does black hole can provide a pathway between different part universe?

If black hole is able to do so than we can make a portal like that for moving different part of universe.As we know if we want to reach the distinct part of our galaxies & universe because our instrument can gain the speed of em waves not more than that
but if we want to reach the different part of universe than we required some thing than shorten the path or more many time faster than em waves.
