I am sort of perplexed...why are we rushing in his trials, let him be treated like every one else. Any way according to the logics that prevent afjal guru from being hanged, will also be applicable to ajmal kasab. How can he be hanged even after being convicted in some remote future? He will come at some 40th in the rank of people convicted with capital punishment.
Why are we wasting so much of attention and money on trials?
