Exoplanets

Earth like planets with rocky core and orbiting within habitable zone of parent stars is presently a very hot subject. Can such exoplanets be photographed using array of optical telescopes in space so as to increase aperture with usage of supercomputers?

efforts are on to build a large effective visual telescope using an arrangement of smaller telescopes,in space,with a power much greater than hubble.....it will be possible one day soon,to practically see other planets....by about 2020....or so they claim!
